It’s beautiful, well made and sturdy. I love that it’s bigger than the metal trolleys that I have used in the past. This matches my decor perfectly! I may get a 2nd one too.
I just received my Milla Beauty Salon Styling Chair and my stylist loves it!! The quality of the material looks and feels amazing! The only thing that needed to be assemble was the styling chair foot rest. Everything else was already together. This chair can hold up to 400 pounds which is great if you have larger clients. Salon City always has the best prices and the fastest shipping!
We've had others in our salon. 2 exactly. Then we bought this one. Better timer. More setting. Better construction and customer service. Ordering a 2nd for our growing salon
Ill give them 3 stars because the chair is decent. Horrible shipping. You have to bring it into your building yourself. The company they contracted out to put my chair together didnt even know my items had been shipped. I had to keep loving my pedicure appointments because the person didnt show up like they said 4 days straight to put my chair together. Called to get a refund back for the chair install since they didnt show. Never got my 250$ back. Had to buy more stuff for the install, they didnt send everything.

I purchased a pedicure chair which was scheduled to be delivered today between 10am and 2pm. It was not delivered and I didn’t receive a phone call. I tried calling and was on hold for 10 minutes and it then went to voicemail. I left a message regarding my problem and no one called back. Not to mention my chair is now listed for $300 less then what I paid for it when I ordered it.
I am very satisfied with my chair. My clients love it. I love it. The bowl is so big and spacious. I love that it’s deep. The chair itself is so nice and roomy big enough for anyone to fit without feeling uncomfortable. Everything works properly. My step father installed it and he said that it was a pretty easy installation process. 10/10.

These chairs are very elegant and sturdy. I purchased 4 of them and will be purchasing more. They go up pretty high which is a big plus. Only con is the chairs don't spin 360 due to foot rest interference colliding with foot pump. I had to modify by drilling new holes in both side bars connecting to foot rest so that it sits further out and dont collide with the pump when spinning. Problem solved
This unit is amazing. I'm having one problem though. I truly believe this unit will be even better if it didn't sit directly on the floor. I've been trying to add feet to it as the wood around the metal plate is beginning to warp and chip from getting wet. I purchased the first unit off the show room floor in February 2024
