Our new Orbiting Halo Processor is definitely an upgrade from our last processor! It is a lot quieter and it has been processing color evenly and lifting blond great! I would highly recommend this processor:)
The original chair I purchased ended up on back order so I swapped with this one. Although it didn’t come with any instructions, assembly was fairly easy. I’ve noticed my clients are less fidgety in the chair and they have expressed satisfaction with the upgrade. I do find myself taking the headrest portion off often since it’s elevated from the backrest. All in all, a satisfied purchase.
