원래 포장에 담긴 새 제품 및 미사용 제품은 제품이 귀하의 위치로 배송된 날로부터 30일 이내에 Salon City로 반송되는 경우 전액 환불받을 수 있습니다. 배송물 수령 후 30일 이후에는 반품이 허용되지 않습니다. 맞춤상품, 재고정리 상품, 특별주문 상품은 반품이 불가능합니다. 배관에 설치되거나 연결된 제품(샴푸 역세 장치, 페디큐어 스파 등을 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않음)), 뷰티 제품(코로나로 인해)은 반품/교환이 불가능합니다. 부분 키트에는 부분 환불이 불가능합니다. 환불 자격을 얻으려면 모든 관련 부품이 포함된 전체 키트가 포함되어야 합니다.

3. 수수료 및 책임

반품된 모든 제품은 검사를 받게 되며 추가 비용이 발생할 수 있습니다. 원래 포장 없이 반품된 제품에는 최소 25%의 재입고 수수료가 적용됩니다. 상품이 손상되었거나 원래 포장이 아닌 상태로 반품된 경우 해당 비용을 충당하기 위해 추가로 10%의 수수료가 부과됩니다.
